AKRON — The deadline to file for candidacy on the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation Board of Trustees is rapidly approaching.

Districts up for election in November include districts one and two, both in Kosciusko County. Those interested in seeking a seat on the TVSC school board have until Friday, Aug. 26, to file with the Kosciusko County Clerk’s office.

The following districts will be up for election in November:

• District one — Candidates must be from Harrison Township, Kosciusko County
• District two — Candidates must be from Seward Township, Kosciusko County; Stephanie Overbey has filed.
