• 3:51 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, at the 500 block of West First Street Milford. Darrell L. Bender reported a verbal altercation led to him being injured by a soda can thrown at him.

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

• 6:59 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, at the 8300 block of East CR 900N, Syracuse. Chester L. Los reported criminal mischief of yard and tree damage to his property.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 12:37 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, at the 1500 block of Provident Court, Warsaw. Donna J. Garver reported the theft of medication.
