FORT WAYNE — Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana will honor its many volunteers with a recognition dinner at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at Hotel Fort Wayne, 305 E. Washington Center Road, Fort Wayne.

In addition to hosting a superhero-themed dinner for Bigs and Littles, BBBSNEI will honor award nominees from 13 counties in several program categories:

• Big Brother of the Year: Brad Stiles, Tahl Glass, Jacob Crone, Michael Dennison and Neil Bammerlin
• Big Sister of the Year: Candace Schuler, Dea Banks, Kathy Winter, Karen Hoover, Lauren Caggiano,
  Rhonda Merriwether and Sara Edwards
  
• Big Couple of the Year: Laura and Carey King, Kirk and Kim Davis, KT and Anita Kishan and Richard and Debra Robertson
  
• School Buddy of the Year, male: Dan St. Germain, John Arnold, Lawrence Curtis Jr., Luke Nathalang and Randy Konowitz
  
• School Buddy of the Year, female: Beth Feichter, Linda Werling, LuAnn Erickson, Pat Crawfis and
  Lara Ryan
