Jeffrey RozanowskiAn indoor marijuana growing operation at a suspected drug house brought officers from Warsaw Police, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and the Indiana State Police to the home at 1304 N. Park Ave. at 10:35 a.m. today.
According to Warsaw Police, the local S.W.A.T. team was utilized to make entry into the home during the execution of a search warrant. Police were acting on complaints that an indoor grow operation was in the residence.
Homeowner Jeffrey A. Rozanowski, 35, was arrested for dealing and possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a park. A second person in the home, Kristina Freeman, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a park.
Kristin FreemanAlso located in the home was a self-contained marijuana grow operations with approximately 30 live plants, processed marijuana for drying, as well as bagged marijuana for sales. Scales, pipes and other paraphernalia were also found and confiscated. The ISP Marijuana Eradication team assisted in documenting and dismantling the operation inside the home.
The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office assisted in the investigation.
