Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:51 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, at 1535 W. Center St., Warsaw. Driver: Marcia K. Ulrich, 58, North Park Drive, Columbia City. Ulrich drove into a concrete base of a light pole in a parking lot. Damage up to $10,000.
