Danny Villarreal, 53, Syracuse, passed away on June 28, 2016, at his home. He was born on Sept. 25, 1962, in Mathis, Texas. He moved to the Syracuse area 15 years ago coming from Texas. He worked for Lakeland Rehabilitation, Milford.

He is survived by his mother: Julia Villarreal, Odem, Texas; five sisters: Dora Pena, Milford; Martha (Ted) Trevino-Gillem, Cromwell; Noemi Rocha, Cromwell; Frances Blanco, Odem, Texas; and Mary (David) Duhart, Corpus Christi, Texas; one brother: Abel Trevino, Odem, Texas; and also many nieces and nephews; and his beloved cat: Rocky. He was preceded in death by his brother: Sabe Villarreal.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, June 30, at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Services and burial will take place at the Richea Gonzalez Funeral Home in Sinton, Texas.
