Luke E. Schneider, 21 days old, passed away at 9:18 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. He is the son of Matthew and Ashley Schneider. Arrangements are pending at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse.
