Betty Louise (Kramer) Hutchison, 89, Bourbon, died June 17, 2016 at 7:42 a.m. at Life Care Center, Rochester, following a brief illness.

She was born on Dec. 2, 1926 in Talma, to Loren Kramer and Agnes (Miller) Kramer. Betty has lived in the Tippecanoe Community most of her life.

On July 4, 1947 in Talma she married C. DeVon Hutchison; he preceded her on April 1, 1984. She was a housewife/farmers wife. Betty graduated from Talma High School with the class of 1944 and attended South Bend College of Commerce. She loved playing BINGO at the Rochester Senior Center, Rochester, Indiana

Betty is survived by her dear friends; Jamey Lemler, Tippecanoe; Lowell and Nancy Lemler, Bourbon; Clayton and Mary Lou Reed, Bourbon; Mike and Laudice Meinert, Bourbon; and William Reese, Argos. Her step sister: Vera Harper, Rochester; several nieces and nephews also survive.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother: C. Robert (Bob) Kramer

Friends may visit with the family from 4 p.m.–8 p.m. Wednesday June 22 at Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos, Indiana. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday June 23 at the funeral home with Rev. George Shoemaker of the Tippecanoe Community Church. Burial will follow at the Walnut Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Argos.

Memorial Contribution may be made in Betty’s name to the donor’s choice of charity.
