SYRACUSE — Karen L. Falk, 62, East Cherokee Road, Syracuse, suffered a possible shoulder injury as a result of a two-vehicle accident at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday, June 7. The accident was on South Huntington Street, east of West Pickwick Drive.

Syracuse Police Officer Joe Denton reports Norma R. DeBolt, 81, North CR 500E, Syracuse, was northbound on the east access road in a 2004 Ford. DeBolt stopped at the stop sign with Pickwick Road and then began crossing the road, when her vehicle was struck on the passenger side by the Falk vehicle. Falk was driving a 2007 Buick west on East Pickwick.

DeBolt told police she thought she could make it across the road before being hit by the Falk vehicle.

Damage was estimated up to $25,000.
