Security Video Catches Cutest Home Invasion
NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana woman captured the cutest intruder ever on her home security system.
The video shows a young boy riding his bicycle into a driveway, hopping off and running into a garage. The child runs up to a large black dog, hugs it for a few seconds, then runs back to his bike to make a quick getaway.
Hollie Mallet posted video to her Facebook page to find out who the boy was. Not because she wanted to punish him, rather, she wanted to invite him back anytime.
“I’d like to tell him he’s welcome to stay and play, she loves the attention!” Mallet wrote.
“Last night when I first saw (the security video), I was torn as a momma being happy and upset because he knows he shouldn’t be on someone’s property, but I wake up this morning more happy that he just absolutely adores dogs so much,” she wrote in the video’s comments section.
It turns out the Breaux’s dog, “Bella,” passed away last year, but the family has been too busy to get a new puppy.
In the days since the video was posted, Josh’s mom has posted several selfies the boy has taken with his new best friend.
