• 4:02 p.m. Monday, June 6, 5700 block of South Woodland Lane, Warsaw. Shaun C. Ouimet reported a residential entry.

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 1:15 p.m. Sunday, June 5, 300 block of North East Street, Milford. Adriana Beatriz Diaz reported a theft.
