MILFORD— Saturday, May 28, The 2016 Senior King and Queen of the Milford Fest were crowned. Jesse (Bud) and Shirley Beer, residents of Milford, were chosen due to their involvement and volunteer work in the community.

Mr. and Mrs. Beer have been married for 61 years, have five children, 20 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. Their community service include work at the 4H, FFA and the Kosciusko County Fair. Jesse Beer has been the minister and elder at the Apostolic Christian Church in Milford for 28 years.
