According to Milford Marshal Rich Miotto, police were called to 215 S. Main St., Milford, on July 1. Barbara Harrison, 57, reported Lewallen had made death threats against her and told police she saw a shotgun in the front seat of his vehicle at the time the threats were made.
Information on the incident was given to the prosecutor’s office who filed the charges in August.
Lewallen was booked Monday evening on a warrant. Bond was set at $2,000.
