Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 7:52 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 200 block of N. Detroit Street, Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of battery.
• 7:17 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 5300 block of W. CR 900N, Milford. Police responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch. An OWI investigation resulted.
• 3:55 a.m. Sunday, May 1, 5000 block of N. SR 13 and East CR 500N, North Webster. The police responded to a report of an OWI.
• 12 a.m. Saturday, April 30, 7100 block of N. SR 13, North Webster. Dennis H. Head reported several articles of found property outside of a dumpster.

• 7:48 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2100 block of E. Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Christine M. Kastiz recovered a stolen vehicle.
• 7:45 a.m. Sunday, May 1, 500 block of S. Union Street, Warsaw. Officers responded to a welfare check.
• 10:59 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 800 block of E. Arthur Street, Warsaw. April Ruth Nemeth reported a domestic battery.
• 8:30 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 3600 block of Commerce Rive, Warsaw. Employees at Big R reported a theft.
• 1:39 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Leslie M. Morrow reported a failure to stop after an accident.
