Sarah Lynne (Mast) Carroll, 34, of Milford, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016, at the home of her brother in Goshen. She was born on Aug. 5, 1981, in Goshen, to Donald W. and Donna L. (Gardner) Mast.

She attended Fairfield High School and Goshen College where she received her C.N.A. Degree. She lived most of her life in the Goshen, Middlebury, and Milford areas. She formerly worked as a Certified Nurses Aid for Courtyard Healthcare Center and The Maples at Waterford Crossing both in Goshen, and Miller’s Merry Manor in Syracuse.

She attended the Grace Community Church in Goshen.

She is survived by her children: Elexis; Blake; and Xander Carroll, Bronson, Mich.; her mother: Donna Gardner, Goshen; father: Don (Betty) Mast, Cyntiana, Ky.; her brother: Travis (Whitney) Mast, Goshen; maternal grandfather: Harlan Gardner, Goshen; and her nieces: Sydney and Addison Mast. She was preceded in death by an infant brother: Donald Mast.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County in Warsaw. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23, at Grace Community Church, Goshen, with Pastor Tannan Peters of the church officiating.

Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.

Preferred memorials may be given to Grace Community Church, Goshen. Envelopes will be available at the church.
