Incidents
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:

• Sept. 4, 3:40 p.m. Menards reported a shoplifter.
• Sept. 3, 12 a.m. Crystal Bennett, Warsaw, reported a theft valued at under $100,000. Bennett was arrested on Sept. 3, on charges of aggressive battery with a knife.
• Sept. 4, 8:44 p.m. Police responded to an attempted suicide. The individual was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
• Sept. 4, 10:30 p.m. Susan Decamp, Warsaw, reported her bicycle stolen.

Accidents
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accident:

• Tuesday, Sept. 4, 12:40 p.m. 2303 E. Center Street. Driver: Valerie Skinner, 41, 1011 Court St., Winona Lake. Skinner backed into an unoccupied car in the parking lot. Damages: up to $2,500.
