James Hoover, 84, of Indianapolis and Lake Wawasee, died in a single vehicle
accident Aug. 26 in North Manchester.

According to information received, the accident occurred at 3:31 p.m. on SR
13N, in North Manchester. For an unknown reason, Hoover’s vehicle went off of the roadway striking a mailbox and traffic barriers before coming to a stop on the railroad embankment.

Hoover was pronounced dead at the scene.
