MENTONE — Few details are available on an accident around 2:20 a.m. Sunday, April 3, on SR 25 and South CR 1000W, Mentone.

Preliminary reports are a single vehicle struck a utility pole, with approximately three individuals injured. Two Samaritan Air Ambulances were reportedly called to the scene.
