Josefina M. Rudd, 71, Rochester, passed away at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday March 15, 2016, at her residence.

She was born on April 17, 1944, in Ormoc City, Philippines, the daughter of Eulialio and Espectacion (Malinao) Espinosa. On April 16, 1970, in the Philippines, she married Larry D. Rudd and he survives.

Josefina retired from R.R. Donnelley in Warsaw. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, fishing, and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She will be remembered as dedicated, wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband: Larry Rudd, Rochester; daughters: Laura (Donn) Whitenight, Rochester; Dina Rudd, Philippines; son: Floro (Rita) Rudd, Lafayette; grandchildren: Joe Jewell, Rochester; Teisha Rudd, Washington D.C.; Cheyenne; Dakota; and Cherokee Whitenight, all of Rochester; great-grandson: Clark Jewell, Rochester; and another great-grandchild expected this fall; sister: Felisa Agala, Philippines; brother-in-law: Dennis Rudd, Tiosa; mother-in-law: Thelma Rudd, Rochester. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter: Josie Lynn Espinosa; sisters: Sita Etulle; Alejandra Espinosa; Slawa Espinosa; brother: Eulialio Espinosa Jr.; father-in-law: James Rudd; sister-in-law: Linda Rudd; and brother-in-law: Roger Rudd.

Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, with Rev. Jim Dillinger officiating. Friends may visit from noon until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rochester High School Cheerleaders or the Rochester High School Athletic Department.
