Meadows Paces Golfers To Win

Elizabeth Meadows led the way Monday as the Warsaw girls golf team defeated Culver Academy in a non-conference match.

Meadows shot a 9-hole total of 46 to lead the Tigers to a 191-211 victory at the Stonehenge Golf Club in Winona Lake.

Nikki LaLonde and Morgan Sands each shot a 48 for the winners. Alexis Manwaring carded a 49 and Ashley Murrell a 51 for the Tigers.

Warsaw (7-1 overall, 3-1 in the Northern Lakes Conference) hosts Wawasee and Plymouth in conference competition today (Aug. 28) at Stonehenge at 5 p.m.
