WARSAW —Traffic was backed up for almost half a mile following a two-vehicle accident on SR 15, north of CR 300N and south of CR 200S.

Two Ford mini vans collided, with both going off the roadway. One individual was entrapped, but not injured. A passenger in one of the vehicles was injured and transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.

Warsaw-Wayne Fire Department, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and Lutheran EMS were at the scene.
