WARSAW — Katy Berger has accepted the position of Kosciusko REMC energy advisor.
KREMC takes their energy efficiency program in a new direction. Throughout the years, KREMC’s commitment to the community and energy efficiency has been apparent. With programs like EnviroWatts, weatherization workshops, and home energy audits, KREMC has been a beacon to the community when it comes to empowering people to lighten their footprint and save money through energy efficiency measures. Still, with all that has been offered, there is more that can be done. Berger is well prepared to do it.
Berger brings seven years of experience in the electric cooperative industry to the table. With bright ideas and forward thinking, she is amply prepared to lead the way in energy efficiency in our community. “We will benefit a great deal having Berger at the helm of the energy efficiency program at KREMC but those who stand to benefit more are our members. I feel confident we’ve got the right person for the job,” said KREMC President and CEO, Bruce Goslee.
KREMC is sponsoring the Home and Outdoor Show once again this year, March 4-6. Berger will be there to answer questions and introduce new programs.
Kosciusko REMC is a Touchstone Energy electric cooperative serving over 17,500 accounts throughout Kosciusko County and into surrounding counties.
