Chad Robert Lauer, 44, Syracuse, passed away Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016.

He enjoyed NASCAR racing, football, and boating.

Chad is survived by parents: Cheryl Lauer, Fort Wayne; John Lauer, Syracuse; sisters: Cynthia Lauer, Fort Wayne; Michelle (Jonathan Baker) Lauer, Wesley Chapel, Fla.; and Rebecca Lauer, Tampa; two nieces and two nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 15, at Midwest Funeral Home and Cremation Society, Fort Wayne.
