Mark A. Birney, 71, Argos, , died at 9:18 a.m. Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, at a neighbor residence in Argos, following a sudden illness.

Mark was born on Feb. 18, 1944, in Wichita, Ks. to William A. Birney and Leola June (Brohard) Martin who preceded him on July 20, 2011. Mark was a Roustabout working in the oil fields in Okla., and had worked for the Town of Argos.

Per Marks wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Earl-Grossman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
