North Webster Police News
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently made the following arrest and investigated the following accident and incidents:
Arrest
- Wednesday, Aug. 15, 3:43 a.m. South Main Street. Cody A. Geise, 34, West 200S, Larwill, was driving a vehicle that was stopped due to improper registration. Subject was found to be driving while suspended. The vehicle was towed and the subject was incarcerated at the Kosciusko County Jail.
Accident
- Wednesday, Aug. 15, 4:23 p.m. Epworth Forest Road. Chad W. Hoffer, West Snyder Road, Atwood, stated he fell asleep at the wheel and doesn’t remember going around a curve. When he woke up, the vehicle he was driving was off the roadway and headed for a pole. He gave the vehicle gas and turned the wheel so that the pole was just sideswiped. No age and no damage amount given.
Incidents
- Friday, Aug. 17, 4:45 p.m. Mollie Eisinger, South Walnut Street reported someone removed her 2013 expiration sticker from license plate while in Goshen.
- Thursday, Aug. 16, 10:56 a.m. South Main Street. Skyler Cain, North 900E, reported a wallet lost on South Main Street area of town.
