Infant Mireya Saldivar, 37-minutes-old, died at 7:56 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, at Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne.

She was born Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, Fort Wayne, to Ricardo and Gloria (Olivarez) Saldivar.

She is survived by her parents; three brothers: Ricardo Saldivar; Esteban Saldivar; Julian Saldivar; one sister: Teresa Saldivar; and maternal grandmother: Teresa Olivarez, Pierceton.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents.

Visitation will be from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2. at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Rev. Jamie Hernandez of New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, Warsaw, will officiate.
