Scott A. Tulley, 48, Columbia City, passed away at 6:35 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

Mr. Tulley was born Dec. 20, 1967, in Fort Wayne, a son of Onda Tulley. He spent his formative years in Churubusco and attended Churubusco High School.

Scott enjoyed watching the Indianapolis Colts.

Surviving relatives include his mother, Onda Williams, Columbia City; a sister, Tammy (Justin) Thompson, South Whitley; two stepbrothers: Rodney (Mimi) Williams, Findlay, Ohio, and Brian Williams, Indianapolis; and seven nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Clair Williams.

The family will receive friends at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home from 3-7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25.
