WPD Seeking Suspect In Church Charity Theft

WARSAW — Warsaw Police Department is currently seeking the public’s help in identifying a male subject involved in a break in at a local church.

According to Warsaw Police Department’s Facebook page, the department is currently attempting to apprehend a male suspect who reportedly walked into a local church and broke into donation boxes, which were set aside to support local charities that help those in need in the community.

The male subject rode a bicycle to the church and left on the same bicycle. If you recognize the subject in the photo, please contact WPD at (574) 372-9515. An anonymous tip can be left at (574) 807-9159.

Please note that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
