WARSAW—K21 Health Foundation is currently accepting applications for the first round of grants in 2016. Completed applications must be received no later than 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1 to be considered during this cycle.

Non-profit organizations with programs dedicated to the health and wellness of Kosciusko County residents are encouraged to apply. All applicants will be required to complete their grant application through our online portal, which can be accessed by visiting www.k21foundation.org.
