WABASH — Nate Walpole hit a career milestone Friday night.

The Wildcat junior scored 18 points to eclipse 1,000-career points. Despite Walpole’s efforts, Whitko was unable to topple a solid Southwood team as the host Knights won 75-64.

River West added 14 points for Whitko while Devon Adkins and Tanner Gaff each had 10.

Whitko (6-6, 2-2) will travel to Peru Saturday night. Southwood (9-2, 4-0) will host Tippecanoe Valley next Friday.
