GOSHEN — On Oct. 17, 2015, Michelle Castillo-Martinez was reported as a runaway from her family’s home in Goshen. Through the use of social media and our local news affiliates the information quickly spread of the runaway.

The runaway girl returned to her Goshen home at approximately 6 p.m. yesterday Wednesday, Jan. 13. Due to a warrant issued for her arrest for the charge Leaving home without permission of guardian, the juvenile was transported to the Elkhart County Juvenile Detention Center to await her court date.

The Castillo-Martinez family and the Goshen Police Department would like to thank all of the community for their assistance in promoting our release information to reach Michelle and get her home.
