KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Healthcare providers at Tri-County Ambulance Service and Parkview Physicians Group partnered together to care for community families beyond their normal medical roles.

The team gathered food and personal care items for donation to Combined Community Services. This donation comes at a time when contributions have slowed after the holiday season.

Tri-County and Parkview were able to collect 611 pounds of non-perishable foods and personal care products over a two-week collection campaign.

“Thank you again for your donation to our pantry! The weight was 611 pounds. Our pantry depends on donations such as yours to provide food to families in our county! We appreciate your compassion and active care for your neighbors in need” wrote Peggy Lisenbee-Wright, director of client assistance at CCS.

“With Parkview and Tri-County’s similar values this was an exciting opportunity, partnering together to live out our mission statements to help others throughout the community” said Tyler Huffer, manager of Warsaw Operations at Tri-County.
