Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

2:13 p.m. Friday, Jan. 1, West Fort Wayne Street and North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Driver: Cindy Hernandez, 23, West Street, Warsaw. Hernandez proceeded through a two-way stop and her vehicle collided with an unknown vehicle, which left the scene. Hernandez was cited for operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Damage up to $5,000.
