Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

7:56 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, East CR 250N west of North Boeing Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Ethan M. House, 17, South Country Club Road, Warsaw, and Harold R. Smith, 71, South SR 5, Pierceton. House’s vehicle rear-ended Smith’s. A passenger in Smith’s vehicle, Linda L. Smith, South SR 5, Pierceton, complained of back pain. Damage up to $5,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:22 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, North SR 13 south of East CR 800N, North Webster. Driver: Ray J. Clemans, 58, East CR 400N, Pierceton. Clemans lost control of his vehicle and it ran into a ditch. A passenger in Clemans’ vehicle, Charles J. Clemans, 58, East CR 400N, Pierceton, complained of head pain but declined treatment. Damage up to $10,000.
