MILFORD — A passenger in a vehicle was extricated and transported to IU Health Goshen following a two-vehicle accident at SR 15 and CR 1350N, north of Milford. The extent of injuries is unknown.

Milford Firefighters extricated the injured passenger. The driver of the vehicle and driver of a mini van were reportedly not injured.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department is investigating. Milford Fire Department, Syracuse Police and Lutheran EMS responded.
