AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Middle School 6th grade boys basketball teams went 1-1 in action versus Argos.

The Valley 6th grade A team lost a 34-18 final. Braden Shepherd led the way with 10 points. Rex Kirchenstien scored seven points and DJ Estep one for Valley.

The Valley 6th grade B team picked up a 19-11 win. Wade Melanson led the way with nine points. Thomas Clark scored four points, while Isaac Shafer, Owen Kirchenstien and Jake Betzner each had two points.
