ELKHART — WorkOne is collaborating with Godfrey Marine for a hiring event, seeking qualified candidates for multiple openings, including quality inspectors, electric engine installers, aluminum welders and wood shop specialists. The event is slated for Dec. 15 in Elkhart.

The event is set for 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Dec. 15, at WorkOne, 430 Waterfall Drive, Elkhart.

Godfrey Marine is a unit of Nautic Global Group, which was formed in 2005 via a merger of Godfrey Marine and Rinker Boat Co. Nautic Global and Bennington Marine, following an acquisition agreement, completed transferring assets in October.

Openings include:

• Final finish assembly
• Deck assembly
• Quality inspectors
• Electric engine installers
• Maintenance
• Local Class B CDL drivers.

Additional openings include:

• Skilled pattern makers
• MIG and TIG aluminum welders
• Metal fabrication
• Fiberglass repair
• Upholsters
• Sewers
• Woodshop

Applicants are asked to bring two IDs, including one picture ID and their resume with employment history and to be prepared to interview with a Godfrey Marine representative.
