WARSAW — Now in its fifth year, the annual fruit basket sale by the Kiwanis Club of Warsaw has helped a variety of nonprofit organizations.

Large baskets each contain two pears, four jumbo oranges and 10 apples. Small baskets each contain one pear, two jumbo oranges and four apples.

Proceeds from the basket sale help support organizations like Riley Hospital for Children, the KC Riley Fund, Combined Community Services, local high school scholarships, Salvation Army, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, Key clubs and Circle K groups.

Those who would like to purchase a large fruit basket for $20 or a small fruit basket for $12 can contact Bruce Andrews, Kiwanis fruit basket committee chair, at (574) 527-5516. Basket orders must be placed by Thursday, Dec. 10.
