A lightning strike is believed to have sparked a fire at a home at 29 EMS T13 Lane, North Webster.

Although no flames were visible, smoke was seen coming from the roof of the home over the garage area. According to county GIS records, the home is owned by Tony Blackburn.

North Webster and Leesburg fire departments were both on scene, along with North Webster EMS.
