WARSAW — Antonio Almonzo Castillo, 28, 847 Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, was arrested Sunday afternoon, Nov. 22, on three counts of fraud, each one a level 6 felony, after using a credit card belonging to another individual.

Police were notified on Aug. 31, by Tara Akers, who reported her former boyfriend, Castillo, had used her debit card for several transactions without her permission or consent.

Castillo used the debit card on June 10, June 27 and Aug. 8 at Sprint. The three charges totaled $705.30. She contacted Castillo via text messages and he admitted to her to stealing the money.

Castillo is being held on $5,000 surety and $250 cash bond.
