AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley Middle School boys basketball teams went 1-3 in action versus Plymouth Wednesday night.

Plymouth defeated Valley 38-32 in the 8th grade A game. Tanner Trippiedi led Valley with nine points. Braxton Tolson scored six points, while Jaydin Conley had five, Travis Shull four, Cade Brouyette and Jalen Potter three each and Jace Potter two.

Valley edged Plymouth 42-38 in overtime in the 8th grade B game. Luke Drake netted 13 points and Zach Landis 11 to lead the winners. Harry Johnston scored six points, Domingo Santiago five, Bryce Fisher four and Luke Prater three for Valley.

Plymouth won the 7th grade A game 49-10. Alex Craft and David Baker each had four points and Chase Miller two for Valley.

Plymouth took the 7th grade B contest 26-10. Ethan Hartman had four points and three blocked shots and Lucas Goble two points and two assists for Valley.
