High Wind Warning Cancelled, Now Advisory

NORTHERN INDIANA — The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a wind advisory, which is in effect until 9 p.m. today, Thursday, Nov. 12. The high wind warning has been cancelled.

The advisory is for all counties in northern Indiana as well as lower Michigan and western Ohio.

Winds will continue west-southwest at 20 miles per hour to 30 miles per hour with gusts as high as 50 miles per hour. Winds will be hazardous to high profile vehicles on north/south roadways. Some tree damage is possible and this could result in isolated power outages.
