Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

5:27 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, North Main Street north of East Fourth Street, Milford. Driver: Jacqueline C. Pedraza, 21, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Pedraza’s vehicle struck one parked car, pushing it into a second parked car. Damage up to $25,000.

9:40 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, North SR 13 south of East CR 150N, Pierceton. Driver: No No N. Ge, 45, Chartwell Drive, Fort Wayne. A deer ran into Ge’s car. Damage up to $2,500.

8:38 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, South CR 400W south of West CR 700S, Claypool. Drivers: Rachel M. Wallen, 23, South CR 400W, Claypool, and Tina M. Hall, 51, South Caldwell Lake Drive, Claypool. Wallen made a wide turn coming out of a driveway and her vehicle collided with Hall’s. Damage up to $5,000.

7:01 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, South SR 15 and South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Dawn M. Campbell, 38, Poplar Street, Huntington. Campbell reportedly fell asleep while driving and her vehicle struck a sign and a pole. She declined medical treatment. Damage up to $25,000.

8:09 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, South County Farm Road and West CR 300S, Warsaw. Driver: Claudia N. Keirn, 44, South Cr 300E, Claypool. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

8:31 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, CR 550E north of CR 1100N, Syracuse. Driver: Joe G. Salazar, 39, East Duffy Drive, Syracuse. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, East Center Street west of Frontage Road, Warsaw. Driver: James J. Kussmaul, 60, North Beechwood Street, Warsaw. Another vehicle sideswiped Kussmaul’s vehicle and drove off. Kussmaul declined medical attention. Damage up to $5,000.

7:48 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, South County Farm Road south of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Drivers: Crystal L. White, 53, West CR 300S, Warsaw, and Chance Z. Blair, 17, South CR 675W, Warsaw. White proceeded through a stop sign and her vehicle struck Blair’s. A witness, Adam Augustine, confirmed what happened. Both drivers declined medical treatment. Damage up to $10,000.
