Golfers Sought for Cancer Fund Benefit
The Kosciusko County Cancer Care Fund is gearing up for it’s annual golf fundraiser coming up on Sept. 7.
KCCCF is used to help local families and individuals coping with cancer. Monies from the fund help pay for mortgages and rent, utilities, insurance, food and even prescription medications and travel expenses.
The 2012 golf fundraiser will be held at Stonehenge Golf Club and is open to everyone. All net proceeds raised from the event are administered by the K21 Health Foundation to residents of Kosciusko County.
Entry forms can be picked up at the Stonehenge Golf Shop or from any committee member. Registration is available on the K21 Health Foundation website, www.k21foundation.org
Team entry and hole sponsorship forms also can be forwarded via email. For more information on how to participate as a hole sponsor, or as a volunteer to help keep the fund endowed, contact Ron Smock at [email protected] or 574-453-8588.
The following are committee members: Todd Davis, Sterling Watkins, Julia Moore, Lance Grubbs, Pat Miller, Chris Polk, Scott Miller, Brian Beam, Tom Tuttle and Tony Myhnier.
