Todd Matthew Medert, 50, died suddenly on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital. He was a general manager for Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. He was an active member as well as the lighting director for The Chapel.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 21 years: Kristi Medert; children: Justin (Casey Sutter) Medert, Elkhart; Sabrina Medert; and Jared Medert, still at home; mother: Diane Medert; and sister: Kristy (Robert) Zink, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his father: Jerry Medert, on May 23, 2007.

Funeral Service is 2:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at The Chapel, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior to services. Calling also 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, at The Chapel. Memorials are to the Todd Medert Family Fund.
