Hear A Potential IRS Scam Call
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The Kosciusko County 911 Center and Sheriff’s Department have received numerous calls from residents reporting phone calls from aggressive scammers, posing as representatives from the IRS.
Here is what the IRS scam “could” sound like:
These calls are all fictitious and have no validity. Residents who receive a call from one of these scammers should hang up. Whether you provided personal information to the caller or not, you can report the call by visiting the IRS’s Impersonation Scam Reporting site.
