BOURBON — Amber Tapia, Bourbon, was arrested on a body attachment warrant Saturday at 601 N. Main St., Bourbon.

Bourbon Police report at 6:30 p.m. Tapia was observed by police walking into the residence of 601 N. Main St. Police confirmed there was an active body attachment warrant for her arrest. She was arrested without incident.

Tapia was booked at the Marshall County Jail and held on $8,000 cash bond.
