• Michael Keith Albertson, 60, 1801 Robin Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, OWI with a BAC .08-.15 and driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $5,000 surety, $250 cash.
• Larry Duane Potts, 35, 496 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with prior and theft over $50,000. Bond: $10,000 surety, and $250 cash.
