Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

7:39 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, East US 30 and South CR 325E, Warsaw. Drivers: Landon P. Shelburne, 30, Clinic Court, Warsaw, and Kenneth D. Hillis, 56, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Shelburne pulled into the roadway and his vehicle collided with Hillis’s. Hillis was taken to Lutheran Hospital by helicopter with a fractured leg. Damage up to $10,000.

2:45 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, South CR 1000W north of West SR 14, Etna Green. Driver: Michael R. Monroe, 25, East Third Street, North Manchester. A tire on Monroe’s vehicle blew, causing Monroe to lose control. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:47 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, North Harrison Street and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Dylan E. Trammell, 20, Falcon Lane, Goshen, and Helen M. Miller, 91, Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake. Trammell pulled into the intersection and his vehicle collided with Miller’s oncoming vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

3:55 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, 365 W Market St., Warsaw. Driver: Micheal S. Wright, 19, East Van Buren Street, Columbia City. Hit parked car. Damage up to $2,500.
