• The Downtown Spooktacular will be held Friday, Oct. 23. Registration for the costume contest will be from 5:30-6 p.m. Judging at 7 p.m. on the courthouse lawn. Trick or treating will take place from 6-7 p.m. The event is sponsored by Miller’s Merry manor, Bowen Center, Warsaw Community Development Corporation, Warsaw Breakfast Optimist and the downtown merchants.
